If a student has put in the time and effort to do all the coursework as described in the syllabus but does not receive a passing grade, that's on us. In this situation, the student may request a full refund within one year of the course start date.
If a student is unable to transfer course credits to their schools of choice, the student will be eligible to request a full refund. The refund request must be received by Outlier.org within six months from the date on which the course was purchased.
Students may also exit the course before the drop deadline to receive a full refund (14 days from start for 14 week courses, and 7 days from start for 7 week intensive courses). Refer to your course syllabus or the course resources page on your course homepage for the specific drop deadline for your course.
